Use period
This 1:1 session must be used within 3 months from the purchase date. After this period, any unused session expires and is non‑refundable
Rescheduling
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
If something urgent happens, message me as soon as possible and we’ll find the best solution
Rescheduling & cancellations — coach
I reserve the right to reschedule a session if needed
If I need to move our session, I will offer you a new time within the same 3‑month use period. Your payment for this session remains valid
In the unlikely case of a serious last‑minute emergency on my side (for example, acute illness or technical failure right before our call), I will prioritise finding a new time that works for you within the same 3‑month period
In special cases, and at my own discretion, I may offer a partial or full refund instead of rescheduling
Satisfaction & refunds
This is a service based on my time, expertise and presence. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and I do not offer refunds simply because you did not like the experience or did not obtain the result you hoped for.
If you believe that the service was not provided as agreed (for example, the session did not take place, was significantly shorter than scheduled, or I failed to deliver the agreed service), please email me within 14 days and we will work together to find a fair solution in accordance with German consumer protection law.
