The form asks for your 1–3 goals and a short note on your situation, so we don't spend the first fifteen minutes on context. The more you share in advance, the more we get done.

We talk for an hour
Deep work on your circumstances rather than general guidance, and space for the questions you're not ready to ask anywhere else.
Before you book
Do I need the book first?
No, but it helps. If you've read it, we skip the fundamentals and go straight to your situation — which is what you're paying for.
Is this therapy?
No. Education, coaching and consulting. Not medical treatment or psychotherapy, and no substitute for professional care. If you're dealing with something that needs that kind of support, please get it from someone qualified to give it.
Rescheduling & validity
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Later, or a no-show, and the session counts as used. If I have to move it, you get a replacement date.
Valid 6+ months from purchase. If life gets in the way and that window closes, write to me — I'd rather find a workaround than have you lose what you paid for.
Refunds
Available within 14 days of purchase, as long as the session has not yet taken place. A completed session is non-refundable.
By booking, you expressly agree that the session may take place before the end of the 14-day EU withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the session has been fully performed (Sec. 356 (4) BGB).
